1. Delivery Area We currently deliver exclusively to the Bhograi region. We cover specific pincodes to ensure our promise of fresh and fast delivery. If your area is not covered, you will be notified at the checkout page.

 

2. Delivery Timings you see in all items list .Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be processed and delivered the next morning.

3. Delivery Speed (Get Fast) We aim to deliver groceries and vegetables within 15 to 55 minutes of order confirmation in most areas of Bhograi. Freshly prepared food items are delivered as quickly as possible to maintain quality.

 

4. Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated based on your distance from our delivery hub and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. We also offer Free Delivery on orders above a specific amount.

5. Order Tracking & Communication Once your order is out for delivery, our team may contact you via your provided phone number to ensure a smooth hand-off and accurate location.

 

6. Delivery Attempts If you are not available at the address during delivery, our rider will call you. For perishable items like vegetables and hot food, if delivery fails due to customer unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply.
